Ride of the Quarter
What he had to say.
"Firstly,
Thank you all who voted for me, it really means a great deal to me...
This Versa is supposed to look like it is a "Euro-Spec" Hatchback, which simply means that I really love the European form and wanted to keep the body stock while still drastically changing the look and stance. By lowering the ride height and placing +2 wheels (to conserve ride quality), this particular versa has been able to handle rougher road conditions and, on a few occasions, lead to some really interesting compliments... I'm by no means stating that this is a performance ride, but it is my baby and I take care of her like she was my child. (maybe even better)...
I decided to go with a 1.5" drop and some Euro-spec wheels. The Alpine stereo is custom installed (tweeters in the doors), and is powered to around 1100 watts RMS to give it a clear and bright sound that, when turned up, can be heard [clearly] across several hundred yards (usually kept much softer...). Here's a full list:
- Tanabe NF210 Lowering Springs
- Enkei J10 17" Wheels / Pirelli P6 Tires (205 40 R17)
- 6000K HID Conversion Kit
- K&N Racing Air Filter
- Front Sway Bar
- Ichibahn Racing Pedals
- 3500 Watt (Max) Alpine Type R Stereo
- Painted Calipers / De-Badging
It's the height of my day to drive, and I hope you enjoy her as much as I do. "
